First of all in the political spectrum Disney is democrat liberal minded and in the pot with ABC, NBC, CNN and CBS. The "Fox News Channel" is not part of the package. Only the T.V. and movie show 21st Century Fox side is being sold. This deal even though it doesn't include the news side of Fox, does display the movement of all media including movie and T.V. shows away from the republican party.
It's kinda scary because down the road the Fox News channel at some point may be sold to the liberal democrats to squash the republican party even further. This walking away of conservative media from the republican party is the fault of the "libertarian republicans" whom for decades let it happen because of their ideology. We can only hope Donald Trump can find a way to kill this deal.
